Position Summary

North Side Community School is seeking passionate, certified, full-time classroom teachers. We are looking for educators who excel at creating nurturing, high-engagement environments and possess strong instructional and classroom management skills.

Compensation & Key Benefits

• Starting Salary: Minimum $52,000 for degreed and certified teachers
• Onboarding Bonus: $5,000 stipend awarded at the end of the first school year
• Tuition Support: $7,000 annual reimbursement for advanced education
